Rauda will not transfer personal data to third parties unless (i) this is strictly necessary to manage and maintain the relationship with Cuatrecasas, (ii) there is a legal or contractual obligation to do so, or (iii) it does so with your previous authorization. Specifically, access will only be provided to third parties to whom Rauda is legally obliged to disclose this personal data.
The personal data Rauda processes may be transferred to other entities of the Cuatrecasas group on the basis of the legitimate organizational interest of these entities and to execute any agreements to which they may be a party. This data may also be transferred if so requested by the competent authorities.
In principle, your data will not be subject to international data transfers. In any case, if an international data transfer were required, Rauda will provide all the guarantees and safeguards applicable by law to ensure a level of protection that meets applicable legislation on data protection (mainly, the signature of the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission). Your data will not be subject to automated decisions.

Under current law, Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification or deletion of data, request that processing be restricted, oppose it or request data portability, as well as withdraw their consent, at any time, by sending an email to data.protection.officer@rauda.law, clearly indicating the right they wish to exercise and attaching a copy of their national identification document or similar document proving their identity. You can also file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or any data protection agency with authority in this area.
If Users provide us with personal data of third parties, the User must have previously informed them of its inclusion and of the contents of this Privacy Policy, and will be personally liable to Rauda for any harm and loss caused in the event of breach.
Rauda reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy, always under the terms permitted by the applicable law and having previously informed the data subjects by means of a publication on this webpage or through any other appropriate means of communication or dissemination.
